Shipping Policy
Please allow 3 to 9 business days for processing and shipping of your order. All orders are shipped via our trusted international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Royal Mail.
Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
UK Orders
Orders are shipped directly to the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the items purchased and destination. Holistic Glow does not charge or cover customs duties, fees, or import taxes. Any customs tax or tariff imposed on goods imported into your country is charged by that country and is not the responsibility of Holistic Glow.
International Customs
You are responsible for knowing the import regulations for your country. Please ensure our products are legal for importation prior to ordering. Once your order has left our facility, we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. We provide tracking information for all orders — please monitor your order's progress through the carrier system.
If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items returned to us. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund less the shipping cost.
Change of Address
The shipping address can only be changed if the order has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been dispatched, please contact the shipping carrier directly to arrange an alternate delivery address.
Order Cancellation
Due to the fast nature of our fulfilment process, our team begins working on your order immediately. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full cancellation details.
Package Protection
Protect+ is offered as an optional add-on at checkout to cover your order against the following issues:
- Damaged in transit
- Lost in transit
- Stolen
- Delivered but not received
- Wrong item received
If any of these issues occur, please contact us at info@tryholisticglow.com to submit a claim.
We strongly recommend considering shipping protection for your purchase. This protection allows us to replace your order or issue a refund in the form of store credit, minus the shipping cost, in the event of any shipping-related issue as described above.
