You may return any unused TryHolisticGlow products within 30 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and fair return process.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all packaging and safety seals.

Any signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering may result in the return being denied.

Self-Service Return Process
TryHolisticGlow offers a streamlined return system for convenience.
Once the return cost is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to register your return. Customers must provide a valid reason and clear supporting evidence.
After your item arrives at our facility, our Returns Team will inspect it to ensure it meets our policy. You will be notified by email of approval or denial.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect, defective, or damaged item).

After you request a return, we will email you the return shipping cost for your approval.

Once approved, we’ll provide the link to begin the process.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund after the item is received.

Delays caused by customs are not valid reasons for returns.

If your order is a bundle, all items must be returned together.

Individual items from bundles cannot be returned separately.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, TryHolisticGlow will cover return shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus the agreed return shipping fee.

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or variation:

Once approved, we will send an invoice for return shipping (and any price difference if needed).

After payment, you’ll receive the return registration link.

When we receive and inspect your item, we will issue store credit so you can reorder your preferred product.
Return Denial
TryHolisticGlow reserves the right to refuse returns that:

Are opened, used, or damaged

Are not in their original packaging and condition

Are submitted after the eligible return period

Are sent to any address other than the one provided by our support team
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
